At MedSpring our doctors provide quick and convenient urgent care.  With digital x-ray and lab equipment on-site, we are able to provide immediate care for a wide range of illnesses and injuries, from coughs, colds and infections to burns, cuts needing stitches and broken bones.

MedSpring is not your typical walk-in clinic or urgent care clinic.  Most MedSpring visits last less than an hour, compared to more than four hours for a typical emergency room visit.  Our urgent care centers are attractive, comfortable and conveniently located with complimentary beverages and snacks, in-room televisions, and free WiFi. If your condition is threatening to life, limb or vision, a hospital emergency room is the appropriate place for medical care.  However, the great majority of ER visits are for conditions that can be treated faster and more cost-effectively when you walk into a MedSpring.   Even those with insurance can save hundreds of dollars—in addition to a lot of time and hassle -- by visiting MedSpring.

We have 6 urgent care locations in Austin, 5 in Houston and 3 in Chicago.  We are open from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m every day.  Feel free to make an appointment, or simply walk-in. We accept most major insurance plans and have affordable self-pay rates available.
