By utilizing our new Patient Portal, MedSpring patients now have the ability to view their personal health information remotely and securely from the comfort of home. If you have received a Welcome Email from the MedSpring Patient Portal and you already have a username and password, you can access our Patient Portal using the following link:

If you are a patient and have not provided us with your email address, did not receive a Welcome Email or have any other questions about our Portal, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department at 888-980-0303 any day of the week between 9am and 9pm. New patients can provide an email address at check-in to gain access to the MedSpring Patient Portal.

By using our Patient Portal, you will have access to view and download summaries from your previous MedSpring visits. You will be able to perform basic account maintenance such as updating your demographic information, and you will be able to receive secure messages from our staff. Emails may be generated from the Portal that will include appointment confirmations and reminders, account maintenance notifications and other necessary communication from our practice. And stay tuned! We will be introducing new features to the Portal over time as we strive to make it a useful and meaningful tool for managing your personal health.
