On-Time Appointments

We respect your time.  Our appointments start as scheduled and allow you the opportunity to address your questions.

Care When You Need It

Same-day appointments are often available with your MedSpring Prime doctor.  However, when your doctor's schedule is full, or it is more convenient for you, you can walk in or schedule an appointment at any MedSpring location 9am-9pm every day, including holidays.  All MedSpring doctors will have your complete medical records at their fingertips.

Online Access

Prime patients can exchange messages with their MedSpring Prime doctor, request prescription refills, schedule appointments and access their medical records via MedSpring's secure patient portal 24 hours a day.

Low or No Co-Pays

Under many insurance plans, some preventative care services (such as annual wellness visits for women and seniors) are available without a co-pay.  All other visits, including those after-hours and for more urgent needs like stitches and fractures, will have a primary care co-pay - which is usually less than the urgent care co-pay.

Become a Member

Anyone age 7 and above who is up to date on their childhood immunizations is eligible to become a MedSpring Prime patient.  Membership is $29/month, and we accept most commercial insurance plans and Medicare.  Self-pay patients are welcome, too.

We will continue to offer urgent care services to all patients on a walk-in or appointment basis, including those with a non-MedSpring primary care provider.
