We ask all patients to rate their experience at MedSpring and provide comments to let us know how we’re doing. Everyone has the opportunity to keep their comments private and we remove individual names from anything posted to our website. Good or bad, we openly share opinions and scores we receive (the most recent for each center, up to 1,000). On rare occasion, we edit words or comments which are not appropriate for children to read. These findings help us continue to provide the quality Urgent Care our community deserves, as well as make improvements everywhere we can.
MedSpring: We're sorry that you didn't feel the physician spent enough time with you. While we try to be as efficient as possible with each patient's time, we want to ensure that we are always providing thorough, quality medical care.
Basically did nothing except tell me what could do, waste of $25 this time, but always awesome in my previous visits! she had a bruised face nothing to do for her
MedSpring: We understand your frustration. Our physicians do their best to give you as definitive a diagnosis and treatment plan as possible. At times, they may not be able to be as conclusive as you, or they, hope.
They also couldn't find A/C. Doctor Mrs. Piss poor mannerisms. Made me feel uncomfortable.
