MedSpring patients have the ability to view their personal health information remotely and securely from the comfort of home. If you received a welcome email from the MedSpring Patient Portal or you already have a username and password, you can access our Patient Portal, which allows you to:

  • View and download your records, lab and x-ray results
  • Update basic account information
  • Send and receive private messages from MedSpring doctors and staff
  • Receive portal-generated emails such as appointment reminders and account updates
  • New features and functions to make the portal useful for patients

If you are a patient and have not provided us with your email address, did not receive a welcome email or if you have any other questions about your patient access, please contact our customer service department at 888-980-0303. An email address is necessary at check-in to gain access to the MedSpring Patient Portal.
